1. Who we are

Relationship Unwrapped is operated by Omega Express Services, LLC, Chicago, Illinois, publisher of books under the Omega Press™ imprint. Contact: [email protected].

2. Education and reflection only

Everything here is for education, reflection, and conversation. It is not counseling, therapy, medical, legal, financial, or pastoral advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. For those needs, speak with a qualified professional.

3. The assessments

The Relationship Readiness Score™ and the Relationship Transparency & Trust Assessment™ are self-reflection tools. They are not a diagnosis, a lie detector, or a scientifically validated prediction of relationship success. They cannot tell you whether to marry, stay, or leave, or whether another person is honest. Those decisions are yours.

You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, republish, or sell them without written permission. Relationship Readiness Score™ and related names are trademarks of their owner.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or assessments: no attempting to disrupt or break them, no automated scraping, no submitting false or harmful content, and no using any result to pressure, monitor, or control another person.

8. Third-party services and links

The site links to or embeds services we do not control, such as Amazon, social media, and video players. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

9. No guarantees

The site and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using them, or that the site will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omega Express Services, LLC and Konan Kouakou are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the site or assessments. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
